About The Project: Center Stage Productions created a Christmas season decor installation at Downtown Summerlin featuring a custom Alpine-style Santa chalet with floor-to-ceiling triangle windows and ornament icicles suspended from the eaves. The holiday decor included several decorated Christmas trees, oversized red ornaments, festive garland installations, and plush Santa seating within the chalet structure.

Custom reindeer sculptures in red and white with oversized ornament collar necklaces anchored key gathering points throughout the property, while wide diameter wreaths densely packed with Christmas ornaments framed permanent sculptures in orbital arrangements. Ornament waterfall installations cascaded over signage throughout the complex, and coordinated decor elements near the parking lot and building entrances reinforced the center as a festive seasonal destination for Las Vegas area families and visitors.

Downtown Summerlin is an outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment center on the western outskirts of Las Vegas, Nevada, spanning 106 acres with over 125 shops, bars, and restaurants across 1.6 million square feet. The center features anchor stores Dillard’s and Macy’s, plus a Regal Cinemas theater, and serves as a walkable urban hub for the Summerlin South community.
