Center Stage Productions designed a walk-through holiday light and decor installation centered around an ornament promenade experience leading into the Santa wishing and photo area. Multiple oversized ornament rings, each scaled for people to pass through, create a tunnel effect with lighting strung between the structures to guide visitors visually and physically.

Surrounding the pathway are large sculptural trees in varying finishes (ornament trees, tinsel trees, and stacked-present trees), creating a high-density visual field that feels immersive from every angle. At the core of the installation, Santa’s custom seating element is built as a sculptural present throne that delivers standout photography and clear sightlines within the atrium. Above, suspended star forms and vertical lighting add height and scale, making the activation visible from the upper level and drawing visitors into the space.

Northlake Mall is a two-story shopping center serving the northern Charlotte and Lake Norman communities, located off I-77 and I-485. The property includes national retailers, restaurants, and a central interior atrium that acts as a primary gathering and event space. It has functioned as the dominant retail destination for the surrounding residential growth corridor since opening in 2005.
